Reservation Process
STEP ONE:
Upon receipt of your booking, completed via the “booking enquiry” form located on the individual villa pages, Villa Bali Biz will immediately ascertain the availability of your selected accommodation and rental period.
STEP TWO:
You will be notified via your email address within 24 – 48 hours regarding availability and price. Your reservation may then be confirmed by sending your deposit.
Payments and Cancellations
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount must be received to complete your booking reservation.
Final payment is completed at your place of accommodation – upon checkout.
Deposit payments are non refundable.
Terms of Payment
NOTE: Before making any payment you must have received a reservation confirmation from Villa Bali Biz.
Payments can only be made by Bank Transfer or via the PayPal Credit Card System.

Liability
- The management of Villa Bali Biz reserves the right at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party.
- Villa Bali Biz will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund guests for any unused accommodation, tours, car rentals etc.
- Villa Bali Biz employees and agents disclaim any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any member of a rental party during the period booked.
